As Interim Director for the Martin Art Gallery, I oversaw all aspects of gallery operations — from curating exhibitions and managing budgets to supervising staff and student interns. I led strategic planning, strengthened campus and community partnerships, and enhanced the gallery’s role as a teaching resource. During my tenure, I launched new programming, improved collection stewardship, and positioned the gallery as a more visible and vital part of the college’s cultural life.

At the Metropolitan Museum of Art, my work involved research, cataloging, and donor relations within Watson Library. I assisted with fair market value appraisals, liaised with private collectors, and supported acquisitions — particularly in Japanese print and photographic materials. My role bridged scholarship and collection strategy, contributing to the library’s growth and public accessibility.

At Sotheby’s Institute of Art, I earned my M.A. in Art Business with a focus on the future of auction catalogues, transparency, and market infrastructure. My research combined art historical analysis with market strategy, culminating in a thesis that has been cited and downloaded internationally. I also co-teach a course on navigating the evolving art world. Through this role, I bridge academic training with real-world experience, helping to shape the next generation of cultural leaders.

At the Allentown Art Museum, I contributed to the reinstallation of the American galleries by conducting research on underrepresented artists and communities. I developed interactive digital content, wrote interpretive texts, and supported curatorial decisions with archival research. My work bridged public engagement and scholarly interpretation, helping to shape a more inclusive narrative of American art.
